By car:From the A5 (motorway):Take exit 53 (Achern).Follow the signs towards Achern Zentrum and then continue to Illenauer Straße.The Black Forest Suites are located in the building at Illenauer Straße 47, on the 2nd floor.Underground parking space:If you have booked an underground parking space, drive directly into the underground parking garage next to the building (Attention: please do not enter the company's underground parking garage; you will find our logo on the pillar to the right of the barrier in our underground parking garage).The parking spaces are located on the right side of the underground garage and are marked with the Black Forest Suites logo. Please only park in one of the parking spaces with our sign.For orientation: On the ground floor of the building are the Mark Hohmann physiotherapy practice and a fitness studio.By train:Travel to Achern train station, which is located on the Rhine Valley Railway (Karlsruhe – Basel).You can reach the Black Forest Suites from the train station as follows:On foot: Approximately 15 minutes walking time.Rent a bicycle/e-bike from https://www.einfach-mobil-ortenau.de/. What are the check-in and check-out times and is there a reception?

Check-in: From 3:00 pmCheck-out: Until 11:00 am at the latestThere is no reception as the entire check-in and check-out is done digitally. We will send you all the necessary information by email in good time before your arrival.Check-in process:On the day of your arrival, we will send you a link that you can use to download your digital key to your mobile phone. You may need to fill out the registration form beforehand.With this key you can open all relevant doors from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.Check-out process:Please make sure that you have vacated the room by 11:00 am at the latest.Your digital key will be automatically deactivated at 11:00 am.If the key is still needed after this time, reactivation is only possible for a fee.A notice:To ensure everything runs smoothly, please make sure you have a working smartphone with you and check your emails in a timely manner.What should I do if my battery is empty?After checking in, you will also find a PIN in the app under information about opening the door. With this PIN, you can open the entrance door on the ground floor and in the underground car park even if your phone has no battery left. No, smoking is not permitted in our suites as they are all non-smoking rooms. There is also an active fire alarm system. If the alarm is triggered by smoking or improper handling, the costs incurred will be charged. We ask for your understanding and thank you for contributing to the safety and comfort of all guests.

We understand that dogs are man's best friend and a constant and important companion. However, our suites are not designed for animals. Therefore, while we are allergy-friendly, we cannot allow pets to check in.

Right outside the front door of the Black Forest Suites you will find a Einfach Mobil station. Here you can easily rent bicycles and e-bikes.Here's how it works:Download the Nextbike app: Nextbike app .Register in the app and select Einfach Mobil Ortenau as your location.With the app, you can unlock the bikes or e-bikes at the station and start riding straight away without a subscription.

Yes, visits are possible! However, overnight guests must be registered for legal reasons. Please also note that quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Parties, as well as photography and video recording, are strictly prohibited to ensure the privacy and comfort of all guests. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, you can use your own Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube accounts on the hotel TVs, so you can easily stream your favorite content during your stay.How does it work?Simply log in to the TV using your personal access.After turning off the TV, you will be automatically logged out so that your data remains safe.

Is there a possibility to wash my laundry on site?

Yes, you will find our laundry center in the underground car park of the Black Forest Suites. It is centrally located and clearly visible through a glass front. WeWash washing machines and dryers are available there.How does it work?You can find more information about WeWash and links to download the app here .Register and book:Register in the app and select the "Illenauwiesen Campus" car wash center.Reserve a machine and start the washing or drying process directly via the app.Costs and payment:Use is subject to a fee, which is paid via the app.Detergent is on site and is automatically added to your laundry, so you don't have to bring anything extra.

Are there electric vehicle charging stations for my car?

Yes – several Mennekes Type 2 charging stations, each with 22 kW, are available in our underground parking garage. They can be used with a variety of common charging card providers (roaming). Please check availability at Illenauer Straße 47, 77855 Achern in your provider's app beforehand.

Yes – for stays of 6 nights or more you automatically receive our reduced weekly rate, and for stays of 28 nights or more you receive our best monthly rate.
